Welcome Our New
Property Manager!

The Arthur Ravenel, Jr. Company is pleased to announce the hiring of Gabi Litzinger as our new Property Manager. Gabi was previously a Property Manager in North Carolina and California. She graduated from the University of NC – Wilmington in 2002 with a degree in Political Science. She and her husband Jim live West of the Ashley with their dog Nemo.

Brent Jonas and J.B. DeCamilla have been retained as leasing agents for the new Sportsman's Island on Daniel Island, one of several projects profiled in the December 11 edition of the Post and Courier.
