Realtor® J.B. joined Arthur Ravenel, Jr.
Company in January 2000 after a long relationship as a
client. As an experienced investor and developer in
Charleston area real estate, J.B. works with commercial
clients as a listing, sales, and leasing agent. He and
his wife Jeanne, Indiana University graduates, are
30-year Mount Pleasant residents and have two children,
Megan and Joey.

Brent joined the Arthur Ravenel, Jr. Company in January
2002 focusing on commercial sales and leasing. He was
previously Special Assistant to the President at Trident
Technical College. He also served on the staff of the
SC House Ways and Means Committee, and as Director of
the SC Board of Long Term Health Care Administrators. He
lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife Deborah, son Pete,
daughter Helena, and dog Nestle.

Heidi
Ravenel joined the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Company in 1989
and specializes in residential sales and waterfront
properties. She served previously as Associate Director
of Cabinet Affairs in the Reagan White House, and also
worked in political and government affairs consulting
with Russo Watts and Rollins, and for the U.S. Customs
Service as a program management officer. She graduated
from Ashley Hall and the University of South Carolina,
and studied abroad at L’Ecole du Louvre in Paris and the
American University in Cairo. Heidi is actively involved
in the community and serves on the Board of Trustees of
Ashley Hall School, the Board of Directors of the Life
Management Center, the Service Commission at St
Michael’s Church, and the Professional Standards
Committee at the Charleston Trident Association of
Realtors. She is also the past President of the Board
of Directors of the Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy, and the
past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mason
Preparatory School. Heidi lives on Coburg Creek with
husband, Arthur, and two of their five children.

Eva began her real estate career in 1980. She sold
homes for 10 years, but now focuses on commercial sales
and leasing. She is very involved in the community and
is currently President of the Disability Board of
Charleston County. She lives downtown with her daughter
and two dogs.
